For much of my life, I have been someone who listened.
To family, to friends, to colleagues and, over the years, to the many women who found their way to me looking for clarity, reassurance or simply someone who would truly hear them.
Like many women, I have experienced life’s unexpected turns. I have known the joy of new beginnings, the demands of caring for others and the quiet changes that come when life asks us to let go of who we have been and step into a new chapter.
Those experiences have shaped me far more than any qualification ever could.
They have taught me that we don’t always need someone to give us answers.
Sometimes we simply need someone to sit beside us while we begin to hear ourselves again.
That has become the heart of my work.
My greatest qualification is not what I’ve studied. It’s the life I’ve lived.
